Open the yellow pages to the Plumbing, Sewer, or Septic sections and you will find lots of reputable companies listed. Unfortunately, you will also see some that are not so reputable. The problem is the ads don't tell you which is which.
Each year when the new phone books come out there are new contractors listed that seldom last until the next year's books come out. They often leave a trail of angry customers with no one standing behind the work they have performed.
It is our mission to serve customers today, tomorrow, and years from now.
It is our advice to you the customer to do some research on the contractor you hire. The answers to these questions may help.
1.) How long have they been in business?
2.) Are they really bonded, insured, and licensed.
3.) Are they more concerned with damaging their competitors reputation than building their own?
4.) Do they have written price schedules and warranty policies?
5.) Will they be around next week or next year?
Unfortunately, anyone can buy a truck and put their name on it, but will that name ever mean anything?
Thank you,
